HTC 7 Mozart screen responsiveness

If you have responsiveness issues with the capacitive screen of your new HTC phone here is my advice: each time you want to use the device, before touching the screen, touch one of its metallic buttons (without pressing); use your 5th finger to slide the initial screen and type the password; also the screen may become more responsive over time (i.e. after 1-2 mo. of usage or so).

Update: After about 3 months the problem seems to have disappeared completely.
