Taz, Perm, Russia – Geography Series

This post is part of the Geography Series (7th post).

Taz is a village on the Taz river in western Siberia, Russia (Asia). There is an ethnic group of people named Taz, and they share a language named Taz also.

The place is between two towns also on the Taz river: Munguy (to North) and Krasnosel’kup (to South). No much information could be found on the Internet about these places! However I found that Purneftgaz gas/oil company has some district in Krasnosel’kup.
